WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL ABOUT EATING REAL FOOD?
Good health happens when body cells are healthy. Body cells are healthiest when they receive the proper nutrients.
The more we study science about body cells, the more we understand that real food (food that has not been protected with pesticides, or grown and/or processed with chemicals, or modified in some unnatural way) provides the best nutrients for healthy cell function and reproduction.
Though cells can be made unhealthy by other factors as exposure to radiation, UV rays, electromagnetic frequencies, harmful chemicals and the like, it appears what we take into our system through our mouths is critically important.
Someone has said it just right, "We are what we eat."
An appropriate #lifecoaching question might be, "Are we aware of how much 'fake food' we are eating as opposed to real food?" It just makes sense that the more real food we eat, the better we nourish our body cells!
